You will need: 2 pounds ground beef 1 egg (beaten) 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs 3 tablespoons evaporated milk 2 cloves garlic (minced) 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper Prepare grill (or you can cook on stove). In a large bowl, mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk and garlic. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and season with ceyenne pepper. Form into 6 patties. Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side (or to desired doneness). These hamburgers taste better that the ones you make (prove me wrong!). Also, they are still juicy even warmed up the next day. Enjoy! Dr.White
